Somali Refugees in India Alarm Their Problems

Hundreds of Somali refugees in India are alarming a critical situation they are going through.

Most of them fled their country after years of unrest, and became refugees in India, where most of its population are poor and struggling their daily lives.

An article by a Somali freelance Journalist, Kasim Dhuhulow, posted on Unisodic explains two deaths of registered Somali refugees in Hyderabad, India.

As the story claims, one of the deaths was a UNHCR registered Somali woman who dead in India for luck of health care in September 2010.

The second death was an 11TH Year old boy who was reported dead in November 2010.

The article tells the Somali refugees are feeling less attention from the United Nation’s agency for refugees on their dire situation.

The journalist says the Somali refugees are demanding from UNHCR and other humanitarian organizations to provide an urgent assistance.
